Reference · figures illustrative

No income figure is entered. Pick the band the household falls into below the waterfall — nothing is stored.

For biologic coordinators and front-desk staff at dermatology offices. Pick a diagnosis, a therapy and the patient’s insurance type to see what the patient may pay, and the programs that can lower it: copay cards, bridge programs, patient assistance (PAP), Medicare help and foundations.

Skyrizi — what will the patient actually pay?

“The question isn’t ‘was it approved?’ The question is ‘can the patient actually get it?’” — steerco §18

Patient assistance program

drug-specific limit
set the income band
Program: AbbVie Patient Assistance Program · 800-222-6885
fax 866-250-2803
Income limit for a household of 1: about $95,760 a year
That is 600% of the current Federal Poverty Level (2026 HHS table: $15,960 for 1 person).
Pack figure (2023 table): $87,480
Is household income under that?
Source conflict: confirm with AbbVie. The pack gives different PAP income limits for AbbVie drugs: Skyrizi and Humira 87,480 for a household of 1, Rinvoq 76,500. All three use the same AbbVie Patient Assistance Program, so one figure is probably wrong or out of date. Confirm the current limit with AbbVie before telling a patient.
  • Skyrizi: pack figure $87,480 = 600% of the 2023 table
  • Rinvoq: pack figure $76,500 (no standard multiple)
  • Humira: pack figure $87,480 = 600% of the 2023 table
Why two numbers? Our pack figures were set from the 2023 poverty table. Poverty limits go up every January, so we apply the same percentage to the 2026 HHS table (aspe.hhs.gov). Always confirm the current limit with the program.

Foundation grants

independent charitable organizations
drafted content
Independent charitable funds. Disease-specific funds open and close without notice, which is why the fund-watch feature matters. Fund availability below is NOT recorded — it must be checked live. Names are drafted from general knowledge; the pack contains only a PAN Foundation link.
  • PAN Foundation: Runs FundFinder, which tracks 200+ funds across nine organizations and notifies when one reopens.
  • HealthWell Foundation
  • Patient Advocate Foundation Co-Pay Relief
  • Good Days
  • The Assistance Fund
  • Accessia Health
Confirm which organizations currently run derm funds and under what names.
Foundation assistance is generally permitted for federal beneficiaries where manufacturer copay cards are not — confirm this with counsel before stating it in product.
